Please join me for the 8th annual Teen Empowerment (TE) Somerville Youth Peace Conference on Saturday, May 3rd from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the East Somerville Community School on 50 Cross Street. This year’s theme is “Rising from the Ashes: Movement of Improvement,” and will be presented by The Center for Teen Empowerment along with Mayor Joseph Curtatone.

Tickets are $2 if purchased in advance, and $3 if purchased at the door. Tickets are obtainable from the TE office at 165 Broadway, or from TE youth organizers. Don’t miss this wonderful opportunity to experience the impressive theater, music, speeches, and songs that the Peace Conference always delivers.
