The southbound lane of Third Street between Binney and Charles will be closed for at least the next three weeks. NSTAR is upgrading power lines, and their crews will work from 9am-3:30pm every weekday until the project is completed. Traffic will be detoured during construction, and only homeowners living on Third Street and approaching from Binney will be allowed access during work hours. At the end of each workday, Third Street will be reopened to vehicles.
