On Monday, July 30th, 2012, from approximately 4:00PM – 5:00pm, Brattle Plaza in Harvard Square (in front of Crema Café at 27 Brattle Street) will be the setting for the joyous and uplifting music of Tuna Feminina de Medicina. The Harvard Square Business Association is thrilled to sponsor this free concert, consisting of 25 medical students/musicians from Medicine of Oporto University, Portugal.
Tuna Feminina de Medicina was founded in 1996 by a group of friends who shared a love of music and academic spirit. Members of the group include both students and former students who are now working in the medical profession in Portugal. They participate in a wide variety of events, representing their University and the city of Oporto. We invite you to welcome these talented musicians to Harvard Square and enjoy music with an international twist!
